Klay Koehler - President

Hi! My name is Klay, and I am a sophomore in Wharton concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. I originally joined the M&A at Penn as part of the education committee. I found that the club not only serves as a great opportunity to explore the M&A space, but it also cultivates a community of likeminded and passionate students. I take great pride in knowing that the club has helped many of my peers learn and acquire skills that propel them towards professional success. Outside of of academic and professional life on campus, I enjoy playing the guitar, cooking new foods, and spending time outdoors. Lauren Teuschl - Corporate Outreach

Hi, my name is Lauren Teuschl, and I am junior in Wharton studying Finance and Business Analytics. I have been on M&A at Penn since my sophomore fall, and the Corporate Outreach Chair since my junior spring. I have loved being able to connect Penn students with those in the M&A industry. Professionally, I worked at Lincoln Financial Group last summer as an Investment Operations intern. This summer I am looking forward to being in NYC while interning at Centerview Partners.

Soleil Krcmar - Education

Soleil is a Junior in Wharton studying Finance and Marketing and pursuing a minor in Religious Studies in the college. She has been on Penn M&A since her sophomore fall, and Corporate Outreach Chair since sophomore spring. She spent her sophomore summer as an investment banking intern in the Financial Sponsors group at Credit Suisse, and looks forward to continuing this internship next summer. In her free time, Soleil enjoys thrifting, finding new music, reading, and exploring Philly.

Jennifer Mesa - New Member Outreach and Inclusion

Hi my name is Jennifer, and I am a freshman majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Originally from Miami, FL, I was involved in the legislative process through research and lobbying. My interest in commercial law drew me to joining the M&A at Penn. On campus, I am also involved with the Penn Undergraduate Law Journal and Penn Model Congress. Anna Li - Treasury and Finance

Hi! My name is Anna. I am a freshman in Wharton studying Finance and Real Estate and am enthusiastic about leading the Treasury Committee of M&A at Penn. Through this club, I have met friends who share an interest in M&A and enjoy discussing case studies and recent deals. I like spending my free time running on the Schuylkill, painting and exhibiting art, and visiting national parks.

Pedro Gallino - Chair

Hey, I’m Pedro! I am currently a junior in Wharton studying finance and business analytics with a minor in mathematics. I joined M&A at Penn because M&A is a very pervasive topic that would be relevant to a plethora of future careers.
